Audball Creative, Just Be the Vibe, and Styled by sunshine!
Ready to play dress-up, express yourself, and commemorate your Pride with your besties this year? Dive into a world of sequins galore with stylists Liz and Dori as your guides. Be as extra as you want, and get some hot photos taken by Audrey as a keepsake!
Hosted at Just Be The Vibe’s photo studio and immense costume closet featuring thousands of pieces in SE Portland. Exact location will be given after booking!
We’re offering 2 days of Photo Party Sessions for groups of 1 to 4 people on Sunday July 12th and Tuesday August 4th. UPDATE: ***BOOKING FOR JULY 12TH IS NOW CLOSED***
Light snacks, bevs, and vibes will be provided!
Already have an epic outfit you want to be photographed in? Bring it! Due to the size of the studio, we’ll be focusing on shots from the torso up, so plan to wear your own bottoms!
Packages
BESTIES ~ $350
~ 1 HR ~ For 1-2 People ~ fly solo or bring your bestie/boo
INCLUDES:
2 Styled outfits per person (3 if flying solo)
10 edited photos of you in each outfit (different background for each outfit)
5 edited shots of you together in your second look
LET’S HAVE A KIKI ~ $650
~ 2 HRS ~ For 3-4 people
INCLUDES:
2 Styled outfits per person
10 edited photos of you in each outfit (different background for each outfit)
10 edited final group shots in your final look (can be a combination of group/couple shots)
WE ARE FRAMILY ~ $350
~ 1 HR ~ For up to 4 people focusing on group shots!

2 edited individual photos

Booking Details
DEPOSIT
50% non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. The remaining 50% will be due the day of your shoot via Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. Final images will only be delivered once final payment has been received.
Cancellation policy
No deposit refunds. If you can not make your shoot, reach out more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. We will work with our team to reschedule your shoot on a future date; please note it may incur a higher cost due to studio rental fees. Cancellation with less than 48 hours of your timeslot will forfeit your deposit. Why so strict? We are three small business owners and a lot of time, effort, money, and coordination goes into producing a shoot like this. When someone cancels, we do not have the ability to find another group and replace the income we lose that day. The deposit is there to at least cover our costs. We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate you!
FAQs
Can I bring add on extra people to a shoot?
Unfortunately not. We have carefully planned out these packages with space and timing considered.
Will there be a makeup artist and/or hairstylist provided?
We will not have a MUA or hairstylist for these shoots. Please come with your hair and makeup ready; there is a vanity area to put on your finishing touches. We can GLITTER you though!
Do you retouch the images?
Light retouching such as blemish removal will be included in your final edits unless requested otherwise at the time of your shoot. I strive to achieve a soft and flattering look through camera filters and lighting techniques and do not use AI editing to “facetune” or do any sort of body editing. YOU’RE GORGEOUS THE WAY YOU ARE! By booking with me, you agree to not alter my images by reediting them or feeding them into an AI program.
Is the Just be the Vibe closet disabled accessible?
The Just be the Vibe closet requires you to descend stairs from street level. The studio is on the street level with a small step over. If you’re unable to descend stairs, let us know in advance! We’re happy to coordinate outfit options in advance and bring them up to the studio level. If you have specific accessibility questions, please do not hesitate to reach out at the link below.
I’m Plus size; are there clothes for me in the Just Be The Vibe closet?
The majority of the Just be The Vibe closet is sample size. However since we are focusing on torso-up photos, there are plenty of fun one-size pieces such as robes and boas, as well as tons of accessories: hats, glasses, jewelry, etc. I (Audrey) am a plus sized woman and will also be bringing some fun pieces to include on shoot days. If you have specific questions regarding clothing options, please reach out at the link below. We want everyone to feel included and have a blast!
